Chapter 9
Leaving the old residence, Zhong Yuxiao followed Xi Shi to the garage.
More than a dozen cars were parked inside, and apart from a few common models, the rest were all expensively modified. Besides playing with men, racing was another of Xi Shi’s hobbies.
A man’s love for cars was probably innate. The modified cars in the garage were cool, and Zhong Yuxiao took a second look.
Xi Shi tossed the car keys up and down, deliberately saying, “Don’t tell me the Zhong family didn’t even buy you a car?”
Zhong Yuxiao took a taxi today, which stopped at the gate of the villa. Because of this, the security guard doubted his identity and specifically asked the housekeeper before letting him in.
“Mm.”
Xi Shi was taken aback, and the keys slipped from his hand, falling to the ground. “Really?”
The Zhong family owed Zhong Yuxiao a car. It seemed that Zhong Er’s life in the Zhong family was even worse than he thought.
Tsk tsk, Zhong Zhili was truly a bad brother.
Xi Shi picked up the car keys, and when he looked at Zhong Yuxiao again, his eyes were filled with sympathy.
Zhong Yuxiao didn’t know that in Xi Shi’s eyes, he had already become a little cabbage bullied by his older brother. He explained, “I don’t have a driver’s license.”
He had been abroad all along and hadn’t gotten a license. Even if he bought a car, he couldn’t drive it.
He was usually chauffeured around, and Zhong Yuxiao was too lazy to get a license. He kept putting it off, but now, looking at Xi Shi’s cars, he suddenly wanted to drive.
It seemed fun.
Xi Shi’s eyes lit up, and he invited, “Want to go for a ride with gege?”
“I can’t drive.”
“No need for you to drive, gege will take you. Let me show you the exciting life that’s not in books.”
He seemed to have fallen in love with this form of address, calling himself “gege” repeatedly.
He didn’t have classes today, nor did he have anything else to do. Experiencing Young Master Xi’s wild life seemed like a good idea, so Zhong Yuxiao agreed. “Alright, then I’ll have to trouble Young Master Xi.”
“You’re welcome.”
Wanting to show off in front of Zhong Yuxiao, Xi Shi specifically chose a cool modified sports car. Its appearance was eye-catching, its performance powerful, guaranteed to turn heads on the road.
It was afternoon when they left the old residence, and they drove straight to the mountain road.
Zhong Yuxiao ignored his showing off and asked cautiously, “Is it legal to speed here?”
He was a law-abiding citizen and wouldn’t do anything illegal.
“Don’t worry, this mountain was developed a few years ago. The roads on the mountain are closed off. Someone bought it and built a racetrack, so it’s now a legitimate racing venue.” Xi Shi smiled, his tone laced with playful malice. “It’s not illegal, just a bit dangerous. If you get scared and cry, gege won’t comfort you.”
Zhong Yuxiao was relieved. As long as it wasn’t illegal, as for crying? Hmph, he had never been scared to tears in his life.
The car stopped, and the owner of the racetrack immediately came up to greet them. “Young Master Xi, long time no see! What brings you here today?”
“Bored, came to play.”
He was obsessed with racing when he was young, but after a while, his interest waned. He didn’t come often, only occasionally when he was frustrated and wanted to relax. The thrill and tension of high speed was exciting, releasing adrenaline. After speeding down the mountain, he felt like nothing else mattered.
“Brought someone with you?” The owner knew Xi Shi’s habits well and winked at him. “New companion?”
The car window was only open a crack, and he could only see someone sitting in the passenger seat.
Xi Shi glanced at Zhong Yuxiao. Companion? He wished, but this one was untouchable. “Don’t talk nonsense, clear the track for me.”
“Oh, unfortunately, there’s a race tonight, booked half a month ago. Can’t clear the track.”
“A race?” Zhong Yuxiao was interested.
The owner was sharp. Seeing his interest, he immediately hinted, “Yes, a small competition. Young Master Xi’s skills are amazing. He’s guaranteed to be first if he participates, but he hasn’t raced in a long time.”
He was clearly inviting Xi Shi to participate.
The young master, flattered by the praise, tilted his head and looked over, humming softly, “Want to watch me play?”
Zhong Yuxiao nodded honestly.
It sounded exciting. If he had a driver’s license, he would want to try it too.
Seeing the opportunity, the owner quickly said, “Young Master Xi, want to run a couple of laps?”
The races here were mostly played by rich kids, most of them treating it as entertainment. Xi Shi was considered one of the best. He raced wildly, as if he didn’t care about his life, extremely ruthless, no one dared to race like him.
Therefore, races with Young Master Xi were particularly exciting to watch.
“Can I take someone with me in the race?”
“Yes.”
Zhong Yuxiao said directly, “Take me.”
Xi Shi was shocked. “Are you serious?”
Was the nerd this brave?
Zhong Yuxiao licked his lips, eager to try. “Didn’t you say you were going to take me for a ride? What, are you scared now?”
“Scared? I don’t even know how to spell that word!” The young master scoffed, then threatened, “It’s very dangerous on the track. Even if you cry, I won’t stop. I might even throw you out of the car if I get annoyed.”
He wouldn’t stop to throw someone out during a race. The more the owner listened, the more he felt that Xi Shi’s attitude was unusual. He was clearly making harsh remarks, but he was actually advising the other party to be cautious.
He knew that in the past, some ignorant lovers had secretly gotten into Xi Shi’s car, and the young master, without a word, would just speed off. The lover would be scared to death, crying and vomiting, but he wouldn’t stop.
How could this stone-hearted young master show signs of softening?
Zhong Yuxiao pushed up his glasses. “As long as you don’t abandon the car and run.”
“Alright, gege will take you to play.” Since Zhong Er had the guts, he would naturally accompany him. Xi Shi turned to the owner and said, “Add me to tonight’s race.”
He had to make Zhong Yuxiao cry for his mommy!
The race was in the evening, and Zhong Yuxiao followed Xi Shi to the clubhouse on the mountain to rest.
To visit Xi Chongyang, Zhong Yuxiao specifically wore formal attire, exuding an elite aura that clashed with racing and everything here.
Xi Shi looked him up and down, stroking his chin. “Do you want to change your clothes?”
Dressed like this, he didn’t look like he was here to race, but to discuss an acquisition.
“Do they sell clothes here?”
“They don’t sell clothes, but they lend them. I have a few clothes stored here. You can change into them if you don’t mind.”
Zhong Yuxiao glanced at what he was wearing. “Don’t tell me it’s a floral shirt?”
Every time he saw Xi Shi, the young master was wearing a floral shirt. He didn’t know why Xi Shi was so fond of them. It was a good thing he had the looks to pull it off, otherwise it would be a disaster.
“If you want to wear it, I can take this one off and give it to you.”
“No need.”
Xi Shi was being modest. He didn’t just have a few clothes stored here. He had a separate lounge at the clubhouse, where he would sleep when he was tired.
He took out a casual hoodie and held it up against Zhong Yuxiao. “Try it?”
The hoodie was a free gift he got when he bought some clothes. It was oversized, so Zhong Yuxiao could definitely wear it.
It’s just that the style didn’t quite suit him.
“Your taste is truly questionable.” Zhong Yuxiao took the hoodie.
The hoodie was black with a large pink heart on the chest.
Xi Shi didn’t like this style either and had never worn it, but that didn’t mean he could accept Zhong Yuxiao criticizing his taste.
“I think it looks good.” Xi Shi gave up on finding other clothes for him. “Just this one, wear it or don’t.”
He crossed his arms and leaned against the wardrobe. “If you really can’t accept it, I’ll take this one off and give it to you.”
The floral shirt Xi Shi was wearing was pink, extremely flamboyant. Zhong Yuxiao didn’t think he could pull it off. “Forget it, this one will do.”
He took off his suit jacket and vest, paused as he unbuckled his belt, and looked up. “Aren’t you going out?”
“We’re both men, are you shy?”
Their eyes met, and Zhong Yuxiao saw the amusement in his eyes. Xi Shi was doing this on purpose. If he asked him to leave now, it would seem like he was scared.
“I didn’t know Young Master Xi had a fetish for watching others change clothes.”
With a click, the belt buckle opened, and Zhong Yuxiao deliberately looked at him as he unzipped his pants.
Xi Shi: “…”
Fuck.
Why did it feel like Zhong Er was even more of a flirt than him?
The suit fit perfectly. Zhong Yuxiao specifically wore shirt stays, his long legs visible beneath his suit trousers. The black shirt stays gripped his thighs. It was a tool for maintaining a neat appearance, but now it exuded a different kind of sexiness.
“Nice legs.” Xi Shi subconsciously whistled, and then, realizing what he had done, wished he could bash his head against the wardrobe.
Zhong Yuxiao glanced at him indifferently, removed the shirt stays, and unbuttoned his shirt.
A large expanse of male flesh came into view. A flash of admiration flickered in Xi Shi’s eyes. Tsk tsk, this figure was truly good. He had played with male models before, and Zhong Yuxiao’s figure could rival theirs.
Well-defined abs, even a v-line. His appreciative gaze swept downwards, and he saw a large bulge. Xi Shi’s eyes widened slightly.
Fuck, was this guy on steroids?!
“Big enough?” Zhong Yuxiao took a step forward, hooking the edge of his underwear. “Or should I strip naked and let you have a good look?”
“…”
“Don’t flatter yourself, I don’t want to look! This isn’t big, it’s underdeveloped!”
Zhong Yuxiao looked at him with a playful smile. “I’m underdeveloped, then what are you?”
I’m magnificently sized! A giant roc descending from the heavens!
Xi Shi screamed silently in his heart, saying irritably, “Hurry up and get dressed, no one will take care of you if you catch a cold.”
Zhong Yuxiao put on the hoodie, covering his pecs and abs, the hidden flirtatious aura completely disappearing. “Please find a pair of trousers for these nice legs, Young Master Xi.”
“…Fuck.”
Xi Shi was angry, embarrassed, and amused. He rummaged through the wardrobe, found a pair of matching trousers, and threw them at Zhong Yuxiao without looking at him.
Their height and build were similar, so the outfit fit him well. Zhong Yuxiao looked down at the heart on his chest, speechless. Then, looking up at the flamboyant pink-clad Young Master Xi, he suddenly felt that the pattern on the hoodie was much more pleasing to the eye.
Forget it, it was better than a floral shirt.
“What are you looking at?”
“You’re allowed to watch me change, but I’m not allowed to look at you?”
Zhong Yuxiao raised his chin, boldly sizing up the person in front of him.
Even pink could be pulled off. Xi Shi was the epitome of “looks good in a burlap sack.”
His gaze moved downwards, landing on Xi Shi’s hands. To use a cliché, Xi Shi’s hands looked perfect for playing the piano.
And for wearing rings.
The custom-made rings had arrived and were in his suit pocket.
But with their current relationship, giving a ring felt strange, and Zhong Yuxiao didn’t know how to bring it up.
“Can you stop looking at me?” Xi Shi couldn’t help but say.
“What, are you shy?”
“No.” Xi Shi gritted his teeth, seeming to hesitate for two seconds before letting out a playful smile. His words were subtle, but the meaning was explicit. “You keep looking at me like that, making me want to pin you down on the bed and—”
His teeth lightly touched his lips, uttering two suggestive words: “Bully you.”
