Chapter 6
Gu Tang left Jiang Huaisheng’s bed and took another shower in his own room. He didn’t care about the other person’s well-being.
After all, the agreement didn’t include him taking care of Jiang Huaisheng, and he simply didn’t want to be that considerate.
This time he didn’t even turn on the hot water, specifically choosing cold water, but even cold water wasn’t that cold in the summer.
He washed away all the filth on his body, and by the way, disinfected the wounds on his back with iodine.
Even though his nails were trimmed short, Jiang Huaisheng had scratched him really hard.
Cat-like scratches, and exaggerated bite marks, were still visible on the young man’s beautiful back muscles in the bathroom mirror.
Looking at the marks left by Jiang Huaisheng, Gu Tang’s mind was empty. He had clearly achieved his goal, but he didn’t feel the satisfaction of revenge, instead feeling somewhat empty.
Perhaps this was the legendary post-nut clarity. It would be fine after a few more times, he tilted his head, waiting until the clear water on the ground no longer had any other red or white things mixed in, then he dried himself with a towel and quietly lay down to sleep on the hotel’s large bed.
Perhaps because the night was too quiet, Jiang Huaisheng, in the other room, could hear the sounds from the bathroom across the wall.
He lay in bed with his eyes open for a long time, until the other side quieted down, then he got up. He would shower after Gu Tang, and turn the water on full blast to annoy that perverted bastard!
As a result, just as he got out of bed, Jiang Huaisheng’s legs went weak, and he fell directly onto the carpet. Something strange flowed out, staining the soft long-pile carpet.
Tears moistened the young man’s thick, raven-like eyelashes. How could the precious young master have suffered such hardship?
What kind of lousy person was Gu Tang? His technique was terrible, and there was no after-sales service at all. Negative review, a serious negative review!
He was ashamed, angry, pained, and resentful, wishing he could rush to the next room and punch the other party twice.
But he had no strength, no strength to fight at all, and he was currently very embarrassed and ashamed, not wanting anyone to see him.
The proud young master bit his lip tightly, his eyes getting redder and redder, but he stubbornly held back his tears, tilting his head up, refusing to let the tears fall.
After a long while, Jiang Huaisheng slowly moved into the bathroom, supporting himself against the wall, slowly filling the bathtub with water to clean his body.
He hugged his head with his arms, curling up his body in the posture of a baby in its mother’s amniotic fluid.
Jiang Huaisheng buried his head in the water for a moment, his soft hair scattering in the water like black seaweed. Crying in the water, no one would find out. In this terrible night, he allowed himself a brief moment of weakness.
After half an hour, Jiang Huaisheng suddenly heard a noise, the sound of a doorknob turning.
The person in the bathtub suddenly raised his head, and in his haste, his feet slipped, and he fell back into the bathtub: It hurts… It felt like his spine was about to break.
Who was coming in at this time? Was it the housekeeper or the bodyguard? Or was it the ill-intentioned hotel staff?
He heard that it wasn’t safe abroad, maybe he was targeted by the local evil forces.
The night could easily make people overthink. In a short moment, countless terrifying images flashed through Jiang Huaisheng’s mind.
Fear gripped his heart, as if he would be completely socially dead and suffer misfortune in the next second.
How could someone be so unlucky? Jiang Huaisheng was anxious and angry, wanting to go crazy and smash things.
He was in pain everywhere, his back ached, his inner thighs hurt, and the warm water could only briefly soothe the pain, but not eliminate it. If a robber broke in, how could he win now?!
“Jiang Huaisheng? Are you in the bathroom?”
The visitor politely knocked on the glass door. The young man’s voice was originally clear and pleasant, but now it carried a hint of hoarseness.
Hearing this voice, Jiang Huaisheng felt his buttocks hurt even more. A huge sense of grievance erupted in an instant, and anger supported him to straighten his upper body. He groped for the shower gel nearby and smashed it hard at the shadow on the glass door: “What are you doing here again?”
Gu Tang replied: “I’m here to deal with the soiled sheets and carpet.”
He had just been lying in bed, tossing and turning for nearly an hour with his eyes closed, unable to fall asleep. Hearing the sound of running water in the bathroom, he suddenly remembered a very important thing he hadn’t done, which was to clean up the scene.
Gu Tang didn’t want to care about Jiang Huaisheng, but the presidential suite was a mess. The housekeeper and bodyguards all served the Jiang family. If they found any clues, they definitely wouldn’t keep the secret for Jiang Huaisheng and him.
He didn’t want Old Master Jiang to find out yet, at least not so soon.
Gu Tang’s tone sounded very cold due to its excessive calmness: “The contract states that we both have an obligation to keep the secret.”
The night and pain could make people lose control of their emotions. The string called reason in Jiang Huaisheng’s mind completely snapped when he heard these words. He was extremely angry: “Contract? Screw your contract, you mad dog, I announce that I’m unilaterally tearing up this contract from now on!”
The glass door was opened from the outside. The aggressive Jiang Huaisheng, however, subconsciously shrank back into the bathtub. He even quickly threw in a bath salt ball, and the clear water instantly turned into a colorful mess.
Seeing his body blocked by the bath salts, Jiang Huaisheng felt a little relieved.
Gu Tang appeared in the bathroom. He looked down at Jiang Huaisheng huddled in the bathtub, his eyes not particularly aggressive.
“I’ll bring my sheets over to change and take yours to the laundry room in my room to wash.”
He just needed to wash the stains before anyone else found out, destroying the evidence completely.
Jiang Huaisheng yelled at him: “I said I want to break the contract, I want to break the contract, do you hear me? Are you deaf?”
Gu Tang said: “You’re speaking too softly, the housekeeper and bodyguards can’t hear you.”
Jiang Huaisheng was furious. Didn’t he want to speak loudly? This beast, for a birthday, tossed him around for two hours, making him lose his voice.
He hoarsely roared: “Die, you go die, Gu Tang, I’m going to kill you!”
Gu Tang said: “Then the next day, the headlines of major media outlets at home and abroad will report that the heir of Mingyuan Group was forced to commit suicide with a man abroad, suspected of being murdered by a lover…”
He took two steps forward, stood in front of Jiang Huaisheng’s bathtub, and asked politely: “Jiang Huaisheng, you don’t want to die in such a shameful way, do you?”
Jiang Huaisheng rushed out of the bathtub and threw himself at Gu Tang.
He was completely irrational at this point, his mind completely clouded by anger, only wanting to perish together with Gu Tang.
But this was useless. His body was limp. Just rushing out had exhausted his last bit of strength, so his action didn’t look like he was seeking revenge, but more like he was throwing himself into Gu Tang’s arms.
Gu Tang froze, the expression on his face disappeared, his body stiffening for a moment. Before Jiang Huaisheng could fall onto the bathroom floor tiles, his arms caught him in time, pulling him into his embrace.
“Bastard, pervert, let me go!” Jiang Huaisheng pushed hard, but because he really had no strength, it felt more like he was playing hard to get.
“I’m sorry,” Gu Tang suddenly said.
Jiang Huaisheng’s movements suddenly stopped. His red eyes stared at Gu Tang, like a vengeful ghost.
Gu Tang continued: “I shouldn’t have said those things to provoke you, even though it’s always been you provoking me.”
The young master knew too well how to hurt him. He had said too many nasty things when he was young, but Gu Tang was too young to protect himself and could only endure the grievance.
But everyone’s tolerance was different. Young Master Jiang was arrogant and had too much self-esteem, he had never suffered such grievances.
Jiang Huaisheng wasn’t like him, able to endure harsh words. Continuously coercing someone arrogant would only backfire. Judging from his reaction just now, the young master was indeed on the verge of collapse.
The night also amplified his emotions, making him a bit too irrational. He shouldn’t learn from Young Master Jiang and be a jerk, or rather, he hadn’t handled things well today, he had gone too far.
He had always wanted to be a responsible person like his father, but he still became like this.
No wonder he wasn’t very happy today even though his wish came true. It felt like a failure to find out that he was the same as the despised jerks after growing up.
After reflecting, Gu Tang picked up Jiang Huaisheng horizontally. Both had done two hours of physical activity, and he was the one who had put in more effort, but the former’s physical strength was obviously much better than the latter’s.
His voice softened a lot: “Don’t worry, I won’t do anything to you again, just help you clean up and apply medicine.”
He carefully washed away the dirt on Jiang Huaisheng’s body with the showerhead, and applied medicine to him with disposable finger cots. There were no tears or bleeding, Gu Tang felt that his technique was alright.
Jiang Huaisheng angrily turned his head away, and then, while Gu Tang was applying medicine to him, he bit the latter’s shoulder. He bit down hard, drawing blood on the spot.
Gu Tang’s muscles only tensed subconsciously, his right hand still steadily and gently applying medicine. This time, even though the young master reacted to his movements, he didn’t laugh at him.
He didn’t need to look to know that the wound on his shoulder was deep, and he remembered to add a task to his schedule: “I need to get a tetanus shot tomorrow.”
“Alright, the medicine is applied.”
Gu Tang said: “The room needs to be aired out. I’ll carry you to my room to sleep. Don’t worry, I’ll carry you back before the housekeeper comes tomorrow.”
Jiang Huaisheng played dead and didn’t say a word. He hated that he actually had a physiological reaction while Gu Tang was applying medicine to him, losing all face.
Anyway, this proposal wasn’t bad for him. Silence meant consent.
As Gu Tang put him down, Jiang Huaisheng squeezed out a sentence from his throat: “I sleep on the bed, you sleep on the floor.”
He wouldn’t sleep in the same bed as Jiang Huaisheng, dogs should sleep on the floor!
The answer was still exceptionally peaceful and obedient: “Okay.”
He didn’t know if the medicine had a calming effect, or if it was because he was too exhausted to have any strength left. Jiang Huaisheng originally thought he would be too angry to sleep all night, but lying on this bed filled with Gu Tang’s scent, he actually drifted off to sleep in a daze.
The next morning, as expected, Jiang Huaisheng didn’t wake up – the fragile him had a fever.
