Chapter 10: Intently, From Head to Toe
The upscale residential area, Jinxi Bay, was located in the core area of the city. It was a development project by Hengxin Group. He Yan, busy with the project these past few months, had been living in Jinxi Bay, which was only a twenty-minute drive from Chen Shuo’s own apartment.
Unfortunately, he couldn’t go home yet.

Li Ge’s residence was quite far from Jinxi Bay, about an hour’s drive. The roads weren’t as congested at night as they were during the day, but Chen Shuo kept the speed at 60 km/h. “You still want a next time? I’ll wring your neck.” Li Ge’s head and neck hurt, so naturally, his tone was harsh, “Where are we?”
At this moment, Chen Shuo really wanted to grab Li Ge’s head and make him look out the window, instead of asking everything with his mouth, as if treating him like a servant.
The key was that he hadn’t earned a single cent from Li Ge, which was one of the reasons for Chen Shuo’s negative emotions.

Entering June, the weather in Beicheng had become hot. Even the night breeze was dry and hot, carrying a scorching temperature. Occasional chirps could be heard from the greenery in front of the building.
