Forced Kiss Again, Playing Hard to Get (Part 1/2)
“The preposition ‘at’ should be used before a specific time, how can you make a mistake like this?” Li Ge used a pen to mark a red cross on the wrong question on the test paper and continued grading.
“I got it wrong.” Being told off, Yuan Feng sat obediently and followed the classroom rules.
“And ‘in’ should be used here.” Li Ge tapped the wrong question with his pen, “Brother-in-law, how can you make a mistake on such a simple preposition fill-in-the-blank?”
“…” Yuan Feng leaned closer and quickly explained, “I know ‘in’ should be used here, I just made a careless mistake.”
“Yuan Feng, don’t say that about yourself.” Chen Shuo couldn’t stand Li Ge’s impatient teaching style and promptly encouraged Yuan Feng, “Let your brain relax for a while, it’s easy to get confused when you receive too much information in a short period of time, take it slow.”
“Yeah, brother-in-law, don’t say that about yourself.” Li Ge took over and looked at Chen Shuo, “I haven’t been here for a week, did Assistant Chen not teach you well?”
“No, he taught me very well!” Yuan Feng felt ashamed, not daring to tell Teacher Li that he had been distracted while doing the test just now.

Chen Shuo took out his phone to check the map for a quiet place to pass the time. He saw a missed call and a text message from the same person.
He opened the text message, the content the same as in previous years. His biological father was inviting him to Jiangcheng for the New Year. He didn’t reply and directly deleted the message.
Before entering the study, Chen Shuo heard Yuan Feng’s cheerful laughter from the doorway. Yuan Feng had been a bit absent-minded while doing the test earlier, but now he was happy again, so it probably wasn’t a big problem.
He waited for Li Ge to finish gossiping about He Yan before knocking and entering.

“He has something to do at the company.” Yuan Feng explained on Li Ge’s behalf.
Li Ge was Yuan Feng’s approved tutor. Chen Shuo had no right to refuse, nor would he criticize Yuan Feng with personal emotions. He went over and sat down, patiently explaining the common and easily mistaken questions to Yuan Feng.
“Chen Shuo.” Yuan Feng hinted quietly, “Are you considering finding a new job? I just heard Li Ge talking about his company, it sounds so awesome. He also said he knows many celebrities and can get anyone’s autograph.”
“I’m not considering it.” Chen Shuo pointed to the wrong question, “Yuan Feng, did you listen to what I just explained? Explain it to me.”

As soon as he drove out of the garage, Yu Rui called again.
Chen Shuo put his phone on silent again and went about his business. However, the next morning when he left his apartment, he saw a strange insulated box on the ground at his doorstep. A heart-shaped sticker was on the lid, fiery red and very cheesy.
His apartment number was written on the sticker.
Afraid of being seen and misunderstood by his neighbors, Chen Shuo quickly brought it inside. Yu Rui: “I’ll deliver it at six o’clock tomorrow!”
