Married to a Fierce Wolf 9

Chapter 9

From a distance, the white wolf’s excellent eyesight allowed it to see everything clearly.

It watched as the Omega rolled his pants up to his mid-thigh, revealing straight, pale legs. The river surface shimmered under the sunlight, making his legs appear almost luminous.

The white wolf’s breathing remained steady, unchanged, but its throat moved, as if swallowing.

The sweet fragrance of gardenia was mixed with a faint tea scent, slightly bitter but with an infinitely sweet aftertaste.

Distant memories of civilized society gradually surfaced. The white wolf lowered its eyes, recalling that this scent belonged to a flower called tea olive, a common pheromone scent.

However, mingled with the Omega’s body heat, it seemed different.

Especially when the Omega was aroused…

It remembered the scent emanating from the Omega that day, its eyes fixed on the clumsy figure in the distance.

So weak.

And utterly lacking in personality, completely different from the few Omegas of similar age it had encountered in its youth.

Those young Omegas, after presenting, were often pampered and spoiled, their personalities either arrogant and flamboyant, like a blazing fire, or like roses with dew and thorns.

There were also cold and aloof young masters and misses, inherently proud and unwilling to be outdone. Even the quiet Omegas possessed remarkable intelligence and talent.

This Omega, however, only cowered in fear, unable to even resist, only whispering “no” in a trembling voice.

It had noticed the starship arriving on this planet, but those people were sensible enough to leave quickly, within ten minutes. The scents carried on the wind told it that the starship had left behind a pile of supplies and a person.

It hadn’t used its “human” mind to think about things for a long time. That day, it remembered its age. Twenty was the age of maturity, and it was already twenty-five. The identity of the person sent here was self-evident.

It didn’t bother to pay attention, continuing to hunt in the forest, living a leisurely life.

Ten days ago, it had followed the scent back here, secretly observing the Omega who emerged from the house. It watched for a while and saw him digging grass. After the Omega returned, the smell of cooking vegetables wafted from the unfinished house, and it realized he was searching for food.

It still didn’t want to reveal itself. The Omega seemed delicate and prone to crying, and it didn’t want the trouble.

Who knew this Omega was so weak that even a few small rats could bully him.

Its long-held animal instincts made the white wolf prefer a wild, powerful personality.

The entire planet was its private territory. If it were to choose a mate, an overly weak Omega, even if they could survive here, wouldn’t truly possess the unrestrained, vibrant spirit inherent in their nature.

The white wolf kept its gaze fixed on the Omega, who was fiddling with something in the water, sticking branches in as if trying to enclose a section of the shallows.

Then the Omega rolled his pants up even higher and bent down to grab something in the water.

Trying to catch fish?

The white wolf suddenly looked towards the dark, deeper water. Its dynamic vision was excellent, and it saw a dark shadow, concealed by the water, silently approaching the Omega.

A surge of irritation made the wolf’s eyes turn cold.

All Alphas had an instinct to protect their Omegas.

A white blur flashed through the shade of the tree, like a white flame igniting in the air. In the blink of an eye, the white wolf was on the riverbank.

The massive beast stood by the river, its silent presence exuding a heavy pressure that stilled all creatures except Shi Nuo.

The large fish in the deep water had little intelligence, only the instinct to hunt. The white wolf rarely ate aquatic creatures, and its pheromone deterrence hadn’t extended to the water, allowing these stupid fish to thrive.

A shadow fell over half his body. Shi Nuo, bent over, looked up in a daze.

The white wolf had appeared without a sound.

Smelling its own pheromones on the Omega, the wolf’s anger subsided.

It lowered its eyes, its gaze sweeping over the Omega’s exposed legs, then dipped its head towards the river and, grabbing Shi Nuo’s shirt, pulled him out of the water.

A familiar scene. Shi Nuo stared blankly, offering no resistance.

He was placed on a clean rock. Even standing, he had to crane his neck to see the beast’s face, over three meters tall at the shoulder.

Shi Nuo had seen beast form Alphas before. Wolves, lions, tigers – these ferocious beastmen, whether in human or beast form, were tall and strong. But the white wolf’s size was unusual, even among wolf-type beastmen.

It was as if it had mutated or evolved.

Evolution was unlikely in Hugh Elvis’s case, as he was a regressed beastman. The remaining possibility was mutation, either congenital or acquired.

Shi Nuo was lost in thought when the white wolf suddenly licked his leg. The wet, rough tongue scraped against his skin, sending a strange sensation through him.

The white wolf had shrunk to half its size. Its full beast form was too large and overwhelming for the Omega.

It sensed the delicate, tender skin, reddening at the slightest touch, but the Omega’s scent was so alluring that it couldn’t resist sniffing and licking.

From his thighs to his calves to his feet, Shi Nuo’s skin, cold from the river water, was quickly warmed by the wolf’s tongue.

He swayed unsteadily as the wolf nudged him with its head, forcing him to sit down on the rock. He tried to pull his legs back, but the white wolf grabbed his right foot in its mouth, forcing him to extend his leg.

The hem of his shirt rode up, revealing his slender waist.

The white wolf paused, then unhesitatingly shifted its attention.

After an indeterminate amount of time, Shi Nuo lay on the rock, a faint blush lingering at the corners of his eyes. Physiological tears rolled down his cheeks, like water pearls, only to be licked away the moment they fell.

The texture of the Omega’s fair cheeks was delightful, and the white wolf lingered, until its tongue accidentally brushed against the Omega’s pale pink lips. Both man and wolf froze.

Lips like pink petals, not too thick or too thin, looking soft and inviting…for a kiss.

The Omega’s skin was so delicate that the slightest touch deepened the color, as if a few more strokes would turn his lips a vibrant red.

The white wolf’s eyes darkened, becoming deep and intense.

Shi Nuo sensed danger. The white wolf’s forelegs were braced on either side of his body, trapping him beneath its strong, muscular form. He didn’t dare move.

“Mr…Mr. Elvis.”

His voice was hoarse, a slight stutter from disuse.

The white wolf lifted its eyelids, its blue eyes fixed on Shi Nuo for a moment. Then it grabbed his shirt in its teeth, pulled him upright, and, turning its head, bit down on the Omega’s scent gland.

Shi Nuo was marked again. As the Alpha’s pheromones were injected, he couldn’t control the tremors that wracked his body.

Fortunately, this time, the amount of pheromones wasn’t as overwhelming, and his reaction wasn’t as embarrassing as before.

After the temporary marking was complete, Shi Nuo’s eyes were unfocused, his mouth slightly open as he gasped for breath.

The wolf’s hot breath hit the side of his neck, slightly rapid, laced with a hint of danger.

The white wolf sniffed the Omega’s scent, suddenly irritated. It glanced at the Omega’s slightly parted lips and turned away from the rock.

Before Shi Nuo could react, there was a splash as water sprayed into the air like rain, falling back into the river.

The irritated white wolf slapped the water surface with its paw, seemingly venting its frustration.

Without a single drop of water touching its fur, it left as silently as it had appeared, disappearing into the tall grass, leaving no trace.

A few cold drops of water landed on Shi Nuo’s face, bringing him back to his senses.

He heard something slapping against the ground and turned to see two fish, stranded on the grass by the riverbank, thrashing their powerful tails.

A dozen or so palm-sized shrimp were also flopping, trying to get back into the water.

Shi Nuo, forgetting his own situation, quickly climbed down from the rock, grabbed the two slippery fish, and hurriedly picked up the shrimp, tossing them one by one into his bucket.

He had never handled live fish or shrimp before, especially shrimp this large. They wriggled and tried to jump out of his hands, a sensation that would have made him recoil before.

But now, he had no time for fear or hesitation. He was too hungry.

Two fish, fifteen large shrimp and two small ones. There were a few tiny fish in the grass as well, which Shi Nuo tossed back into the water. Looking at the food in his bucket, he couldn’t hide his joy.

He hadn’t realized how big the shrimp were while he was trying to catch them in the water.

Seventeen in total, enough to fill a large plate.

The fish in the shallows weren’t big to begin with. These two were only slightly longer than his palm, with flat bodies about as wide as his hand. One would be enough for a meal.

Overjoyed, he straightened up and looked around.

The white wolf was gone.

The fish and shrimp were jumping in the bucket, but away from the river, they couldn’t escape.

Shi Nuo put down the bucket and finally had time to compose himself.

His shirt had slid down when he sat up, but it hadn’t fully covered him. The Alpha’s scent lingered on his waist and stomach. The fabric brushed against his chest, sending a slight sting through him.

The strange sensation on his chest made Shi Nuo’s ears turn red. He didn’t dare dwell on what had just happened. He lowered his head and pulled down his pant legs, covering his legs.

He walked to the shallow water and washed his feet clean, letting them air dry before putting on his socks and shoes.

Carrying the heavy bucket back, he finally smiled.

The long-suppressed feeling of oppression lifted, and he felt wonderful. The wind was refreshing, the grass looked lovely, and even the clear blue sky seemed brighter.

His smile under the sunlight was dazzling, his eyes sparkling with a subtle light.

His pheromones conveyed his joy, fragrant and sweet, like tea olive blossoms in full bloom, generously releasing their sweet fragrance.

The white wolf followed him all the way, watching as the Omega returned to the house. The release of the Omega’s pheromones eased its own restlessness, seemingly improving its mood. Its drooping white tail swayed lazily.

The shrimp were easy to prepare. After rinsing them twice in water, Shi Nuo waited impatiently for the pot of water to boil, then poured ten fresh, live shrimp into it.

Soon, the shrimp turned red and cooked. He scooped them out and placed them on a plate. The aroma of cooked shrimp filled the air.

Standing at the counter, he peeled one and popped it into his mouth.

Fresh shrimp were the best, incredibly sweet and delicious even without any seasoning.

These shrimp were large, their bodies long and meaty. One was enough to fill his mouth, bringing a sense of contentment.

He ate three to satisfy his craving, then poured a little sauce for dipping. The savory sauce combined with the fresh shrimp meat created a unique flavor.

After finishing the plate, Shi Nuo, feeling satisfied, put the remaining seven shrimp in the freezer for later.

As for the two fish, he knew he had to scale and gut them, but the task proved difficult. The fish were slippery.

Undeterred, Shi Nuo, with a serious expression, focused on the task at hand.

He had finally managed to get some fish, and he wasn’t about to waste them.

Shi Nuo was sent to a private planet, the territory of an Alpha, who was to be his arranged marriage partner.

When the tranquilizer wore off, all that remained outside the window was the boundless starry sky.

The starship left him on a barren wasteland and hurriedly departed, not even landing properly, as if fleeing some ferocious beast.

In the distance, a beast roared, and the ground trembled.

He was alone in this wilderness; he was the only person on the entire planet.

In the eyes of the wild beasts on this primitive planet, a beautiful and fragile Omega was merely food, no longer afforded courtesy or protection.

As for his intended partner, he held no hope. The Alpha had already succumbed to his beastly nature, becoming like the other wild creatures, and was nowhere to be found.

Injured while searching for food, Shi Nuo was picked up from a pit by a giant white wolf. He closed his eyes, waiting for death. However, the fangs that should have pierced his throat instead sank into the gland at the back of his neck. The Alpha's pheromones were injected, causing him to tremble uncontrollably.

The arrival of the only Omega allowed for the release of pent-up pheromones.

Shi Nuo saw the white wolf eating but dared not approach too closely.

Fresh, bloody meat was right before his eyes. He finally received long-awaited meat from the wolf's mouth.

While Shi Nuo enjoyed his meal, the white wolf lay sleeping on the living room floor.

When night fell, it entered Shi Nuo's room.

The inherently cold white wolf had no intention of giving anything away. If one wanted food, one had to exchange it for something else.

Later, Shi Nuo's lower abdomen swelled slightly. He patted his belly, somewhat surprised. How could he have gained weight in such a place?

In the snowy field, the majestic white wolf returned with its prey in its mouth, its icy blue eyes cold and handsome.

Shi Nuo was overjoyed by its return, his eyes filled with delight at the sight of the plump prey. There was meat to eat again, and the price he had to pay for the meat was no longer a concern.

At the dinner table, the tall, sturdy, white-haired man bent the knife and fork in his hand as he watched the Omega, whose eyes held only the image of meat.

Theme: Only by surviving can one witness all that is beautiful. Food will come, and so will love.
