Little Deer had been in a foul mood lately.
He had never, never, never felt so frustrated and restless.
Just a few days ago, he’d been perfectly happy. His beloved teacher hadn’t quit, and they’d even played little games together. The teacher’s cheeks were soft and super sweet—everything was heading in a great direction.
But! No!
After that day, the teacher had suddenly turned strict. The lessons shifted from laws and regulations to “don’t do this, don’t do that,” and he kept making Little Deer repeat the same questions over and over.
“Little Deer?” Shen Leyuan knocked on the desk. “No spacing out. Repeat what the teacher just asked, okay?”
Little Deer nodded listlessly. “Little Deer saw the bodyguard reaching for the teacher’s chest. Didn’t want the teacher to be touched, so pushed the bodyguard away hard.”
Shen Leyuan sighed and corrected him seriously. “The bodyguard was trying to wipe the water off the teacher’s chest.”
Little Deer puffed up righteously. “Yeah, yeah! He wanted to wipe the water off the teacher’s chest, so he reached right toward the teacher’s chest. Little Deer didn’t say anything wrong.”
“You have to describe the full context of that scene—before, during, and after. You can’t just say part of it, or it’ll cause unnecessary misunderstandings. Little Deer’s a smart kid; you get what teacher means, right?”
Little Deer didn’t quite get it. This stuff seemed harder to understand than laws.
Shen Leyuan took a deep breath. “It’s fine. Teacher will teach you slowly. Now, repeat yesterday’s game scene—the last part. Describe the full context in detail.”
He finally got it: the little fool truly couldn’t lie, but he had a natural talent for taking things out of context and cherry-picking facts.
Wah, I’ve been tricked so badly!
The little fool pondered hard, stumbling through his words. “Teacher… played a role-playing game with Little Deer. Teacher acted as daddy, Little Deer played himself…”
It wasn’t smooth, still highly misleading, but there was progress.
Shen Leyuan encouraged him with a look. “And then?”
Emboldened, Little Deer said cheerfully, “Then Little Deer liked teacher so much that during the role-play, hugged teacher and kissed him. Teacher smelled so good, voice was nice too…”
Shen Leyuan clapped a hand over his mouth. “No need for that much detail!!!”
His palm tingled slightly. Shen Leyuan yanked his hand back in horror, only to see Little Deer looking all aggrieved. “One minute you want details, next you don’t. What does teacher actually want Little Deer to say?”
“We’ll discuss that later,” Shen Leyuan fumed with rage. “First new rule—no! Random! Licking!”
“‘Random’ licking means…”
“No one—no, no living creature is allowed!”
Little Deer looked even more wronged, mumbling under his breath.
Shen Leyuan realized he couldn’t spoil Little Deer too much. He schooled his face. “What are you saying?”
Little Deer whined loudly. “Dogs can, but I can’t! My place in teacher’s heart is lower than a dog’s!”
Shen Leyuan: …???
He snapped irritably, “You got nothing better to do than compare yourself to a dog?”
Little Deer burst into big sobs. “I am comparing! And I’m losing! Teacher likes dogs but not Little Deer! It’s not fair!!!”
Shen Leyuan pinched the bridge of his nose, laughing in exasperation. “You wanna learn from the dog, huh?”
Little Deer’s cries quieted. He sneaked a peek. “The doggies in cartoons get to sleep next to their owner, jump on the bed, get their heads petted, called good boys… Little Deer doesn’t get any of that, but Little Deer is way better behaved…”
He didn’t bite people randomly or drag shoes around. He’d never knocked over a food bowl either.
He deserves praise!
Shen Leyuan: “Fine, fine, whatever. Don’t regret it.”
Little Deer: “No regrets!”
He stood eagerly in front of Shen Leyuan, meaning clear: I’m ready! Pet me!
Shen Leyuan smiled faintly. “Step back. Yeah, further back. Don’t ask, keep going… Good, nice. Two more steps.”
Little Deer backed all the way to the doorway, thinking, I’m so good, I’ll definitely get a kiss! A hug works too!
Sweet fantasies shattered as the door slammed shut in his face with a bang.
Shen Leyuan’s grumbling voice came from inside. “Dumbass, didn’t you see your dad doesn’t even bring the dog when he comes to see me? Your teacher is scared of dogs now!”
Little Deer: …
Guiltily, in a tiny voice, he whimpered at the door. “Teacher—”
“I regret it QAQ”
After that, Little Deer behaved for several days.
He had no choice—Shen Leyuan wouldn’t let him in. They talked through video calls across a wall. If Little Deer acted up, Shen Leyuan would end the call, pop in earplugs, and nap on the bed.
Little Deer scratched frantically at the door, looking every bit the frantic kitten or puppy.
When Shen Leyuan finally let him back in, he studied much more seriously. Some things, though, he still couldn’t grasp—like he was missing that brainwire but born with an extra lewd-DNA strand.
Especially that stuff—he mastered it without a teacher.
That evening, Little Deer fidgeted and asked teacher to watch cartoons with him. Since he’d been good today, Shen Leyuan didn’t refuse like before.
The boy let out a tiny cheer and pulled out his beloved Teletubbies.
When Shen Leyuan first discovered his obsession, his heart had melted with pity: What a cute little dummy. IQ like a three- or five-year-old?
Now? Pure cold indifference: All that hugging in there, huh? Enjoying it that much?
Little Deer watched Teletubbies while sneaking glances at teacher.
Teacher’s hair had grown a bit longer since they met. His brows held sharper emotions, but still soft and warm. His skin seemed paler from being cooped up, looking even softer and younger. His waist was slimmer too…
It was because he’d been injured, lost blood—still recovering from a serious illness.
The boy dropped his gaze like he’d been burned, suddenly too scared to look.
By the time Shen Leyuan finished prepping tomorrow’s lesson plan, the boy had “fallen asleep” on his bed.
Shen Leyuan arched a brow, muttering to himself. “Little Deer’s asleep? But I heard sleeping people keep their arms raised…”
The figure on the bed’s lashes fluttered, but he didn’t move.
Teacher’s lying. I’ve seen the surveillance—teacher doesn’t raise his arms when asleep!
Fine, not totally dumb.
Shen Leyuan held back a laugh, full of mischief. He deliberately approached the bed, acting like he was about to share it.
The boy’s lashes trembled harder, cheeks flushing red.
So exciting, so exciting, so exciting…
Footsteps reached the bedside. Click—lights out.
Before Little Deer could react, Shen Leyuan bolted out and dashed next door.
Next door was Little Deer’s room—spotless, like no one lived there.
And indeed, ever since Shen Leyuan moved classes to his own room, Little Deer refused to return. If not for those three days locked out last time, he’d camp on a blanket by teacher’s bed.
Under the bed worked too. He wasn’t picky.
Shen Leyuan wouldn’t dare let him sleep nearby. Hell, he didn’t even dare sleep in his bed.
After agonizing between bed and floor, Shen Leyuan took a deep breath. If I’m gonna tease, go all in. He wanted to see if the bottom’s bed triggered any special effects!
He lay down. The blanket smelled sweet, instantly evoking the boy’s milky-white skin, warmed by body heat—like Little Deer was hugging him…
Hiss—
Why am I fantasizing again?!
Shen Leyuan shivered, snapping alert.
Night deepened, outside silent and dark. He clutched his pounding chest in horror, then frowned, listening intently.
A shadow flickered at the window—someone climbing in skillfully from outside.
Shen Leyuan narrowed his eyes, quietly hit record, found the easily-flushed bodyguard’s WeChat, and started a voice call. In the chat, he pre-typed: 【Shh—no talking!】
Just as he finished, the intruder happily burrowed into his covers. Strong arms locked around his waist; a face nuzzled his shoulder, sniffing deeply.
“Little Deer, Little Deer… wifey—did you miss me?”
The voice was young, breathless, excited—like a big dog reuniting with its owner. But dogs didn’t stroke down their owner’s waist, or murmur obsessive love in that devoted tone.
“Little Deer promised to be big brother’s wife. Redeem it tonight, okay? Little Deer…”
Big brother?
Shen Leyuan’s mind flashed to certain plotlines. He pushed back resistantly.
Next instant, the scripted lines came alive in his ear: “Heartless little thing, you don’t miss big brother at all. Tell me—did you sneak into my dad’s bed again? Not letting me touch you means you’re saving yourself for the old man?”
The voice grew whinier. “Isn’t big brother enough? I’m strong, sturdy, young—plenty of nightlife to offer. The old guy’s old and crippled; he can’t satisfy you in bed!”
A bit much, huh?
Shen Leyuan frowned, yanking the hand from his pants. He unlocked his phone and coldly angled a skull emoji upward.
A pale, ghostly face flashed. Lin Yao froze stiff.
Who the hell—?!
Where’s my cute, soft, sweet-peach wifey Little Deer?!
While he reeled, Shen Leyuan flicked on the light. Under the glare, the identity confirmed: fiery red hair eye-catchingly bright, brows resembling the big shot’s but younger, flashier—handsome in a sharp, aggressive way.
So it’s you! The foster-brother top who crawls into bed calling him little mom!
This top appeared mid-story, before Tibetan Mastiff turned human but after the classmate became a doll. Main arcs: sneaking around with Little Deer under dad’s nose. Loves calling him little mom, nursing—probably mommy issues from a single-parent home.
Teacher instincts wandered a second, snapped back by Lin Yao’s breakdown.
“You, you, I…”
Lin Yao was only nineteen. Face and body youthful-hot, but emotions unstable—eyes bloodshot, nearly blazing, glaring through gritted teeth, words failing from rage.
“I’m… soiled now…” he muttered.
“My first kiss, my hands, everything I kept pure for nineteen years for Little Deer—gone.” Lin Yao stared at his hand, face ashen.
Shen Leyuan eyed him helplessly. “Kisses only count mouth-to-mouth. Your first kiss is safe.”
Knows it’s wrong to grope me, but not Little Deer?
At that, Lin Yao stiffly whipped his head around, staring dead-on.
After a beat, he exploded in fury, lunging. “Aaaahhh, I’m gonna strangle you!!!”
But before he could—
“Big brother is strong, sturdy, young—plenty of nightlife. The old guy’s old and crippled; can’t satisfy you in bed!”
The familiar voice blared from the phone.
Shen Leyuan sidestepped stone-faced. Under Lin Yao’s ghost-struck gaze, he smiled thinly. “Young Master Lin, you wouldn’t want your dad hearing this audio, right?”
