Using the coordinates, they quickly salvaged the sunken Escape Pod from the sea.

The crowd clustered around a small leader as he inspected everywhere.

The Escape Pod was empty; the occupant had long since left.

Ke Xi rubbed his chin and muttered, “At this hour, he couldn’t have taken a ship out. He must be hiding in some corner of Lihou Port. Boss said it’s his first time here… Let’s go check which hotels took in new guests in the middle of the night.”

A star pirate pointed across. “Bro, what if he went to Fishermen’s Island?”

Ke Xi: “Hard to say.”

He hummed a tune, sent some people to search Fishermen’s Island, and took the rest back to Lihou Port’s urban area. “Little darling, you better hide good and tight.”

In an unassuming little house, Xie Jianxun was wrapped in a large, thick bath towel but still sneezed.

The cold seawater seemed to seep back in through his pores, successfully giving him… a cold.

Inside the warm room, to avoid suspicion, thick curtains were drawn, and only a small lamp was lit.

Holianna had someone deliver clean towels and pajamas, telling him to rest well in the house. Once dawn broke, they would leave via private spaceship.

When Xie Jianxun changed clothes and emerged, the young lady sat in the living room, holding documents. A steaming cup of black tea sat on the coffee table opposite.

She wasn’t surprised to see him.

She took a sip of black tea, set the cup on the table casually, and smiled. “Your Highness, why not sleep a bit? It’s already almost…”

Holianna glanced at the clock. “Almost five in the morning.”

Xie Jianxun hesitated, then voiced his concern. “If we take your spaceship, won’t Huo Jing find out?”

Holianna said confidently, “The Siphon Whale is a major force in Lihou Port, but they can’t fully control its operations. Leaving will be more than easy enough.”

Xie Jianxun breathed a sigh of relief.

Holianna: “But they’ll definitely be suspicious and might chase us down to intercept once we’re in spaceflight.”

Xie Jianxun’s heart leaped up again. “…Then what?!”

The young lady smiled. “Your Highness needn’t worry about that.”

“We have a Cruising Secondary Vessel that can perform targeted Interstellar Jumps. Even Mr. Huo can’t catch up.”

She didn’t explain what it was, and Xie Jianxun assumed it was like an advanced Escape Pod sub-ship.

He sighed in relief—any solution was good.

He sat opposite on the sofa, not sleepy at all. He turned to check if it was dawn outside, but the curtains blocked it completely.

Holianna pondered for a moment, lowering the documents slightly.

“Speaking of which, Your Highness, since you weren’t willingly with the star pirates, have you contacted your family? Why not let me notify the Eastern Border Embassy to pick you up?” She seemed puzzled.

Xie Jianxun quickly shook his head in refusal. “No, no, not for now. This outing was just… personal business, unrelated to my family.”

Holianna frowned, gazing at him. “If Your Highness needs anything, please tell me.”

At seven in the morning, Xie Jianxun ate breakfast. Holianna took out instant hair dye and colored contacts, disguising him thoroughly.

After changing his style of clothes, Xie Jianxun looked in the mirror and couldn’t recognize himself at all.

“Although this route is basically unused, it’s better to be safe than sorry.”

Holianna packed away the items, stepped back a bit, and looked Xie Jianxun up and down before nodding in satisfaction.

Someone entered the doorway and knocked on the frame. “Boss, the spaceship is ready.”

Xie Jianxun, Holianna, and her two subordinates made their way along the small path to the docking bay.

Xie Jianxun boarded the spaceship first, with Holianna following behind. She waited for the ship to lower its ramp, then controlled her wheelchair to enter the interior.

Hearing the noise, her ears twitched, and she gestured for her two subordinates to hurry.

The subordinates nodded slightly, strode onto the spaceship, and quickly led Xie Jianxun deeper inside.

Sure enough, less than two minutes later, a group of star pirates appeared at the docking bay entrance. They looked over with mocking smiles, and the leader at the front grinned. “Miss Anna, long time no see.”

The young lady turned calmly, her fingers lightly lifting the hem of her skirt without actually touching it. “Mr. Ke Xi.”

The Scarface Star Pirate strode forward and greeted her enthusiastically. “Miss Anna, you’re leaving so early today? Weren’t you planning to stay a few more days in Lihou Port? I was just thinking about it the other day and wanted to invite you for afternoon tea.”

Holianna smiled faintly, turned her wheelchair to face them directly, blocking ninety-nine percent of the spaceship’s entrance.

Her two subordinates stood one on each side behind her, guarding against any sudden attack from the star pirates.

“Mr. Ke Xi, you do love to joke. Yesterday, I saw that the Siphon Whale had already left Lihou Port. Where would afternoon tea come from now?”

She continued coolly, “Speaking of which, why has the Siphon Whale returned? Has something big happened?”

Ke Xi replied, “Something big? Not really. It’s just that the boss’s little treasure ran away, and now he’s anxious and on edge, ordering us to find him quickly.”

Holianna raised her slender brows, a touch of curiosity in her expression. “Mr. Huo’s sweetheart? Yesterday, when I saw them together, the atmosphere seemed quite good.”

Ke Xi said with annoyance, “It’s probably because we star pirates are too vulgar and upset the little treasure.”

He glanced up, smiled, and took a step forward. “Miss Anna, we suspect he’s hiding on your ship… Could we take a quick look inside?”

Several star pirates behind him pressed forward together, closing in on Holianna and the private spaceship behind her.

The young lady stared at them steadily, her wheelchair unmoving beneath her.

“Gentlemen, this is Lihou Port, not the Siphon Whale,” her voice turned slightly cold, though a smile lingered on her lips. “If you want to board my spaceship, you’ll need to show a search warrant.”

As the star pirates advanced, her two subordinates stepped forward abruptly, hands resting on their waists.

The two sides faced off. Though Holianna’s group was outnumbered, they showed no sign of weakness.

The hem of her pure white skirt draped over the edge of the wheelchair, swaying gently in the breeze.

But her tone was ice-hard: “Show the search warrant, or I’m afraid I’ll have to refuse Mr. Ke Xi—even if Huo Jing himself came, it would be the same.”

The Scarface Star Pirate stared at her blankly for a moment, then burst into laughter.

“Alright, Miss Anna is as unyielding and fearless as ever. No wonder you’re Lihou Port’s top client.”

He clapped lightly and called his star pirates back. “We’ve overstepped. Next time, we’ll definitely bring a search warrant.”

Holianna nodded slightly to them, said nothing more, and turned her wheelchair to enter the spaceship interior.

Her two subordinates scanned the group of predatory star pirates, pressed the button, and the airlock door slowly sealed shut.

Watching the spaceship take off, the smile vanished from Ke Xi’s face.

He turned and ordered, “Notify the Main Ship. The boss’s little treasure is on Holianna’s ship—she’s trying to smuggle him out. Have the Main Ship teach her a lesson.”

Inside, Xie Jianxun cautiously poked his head out.

Seeing the danger passed and the ship ascending, he thought everything was over.

But Holianna’s brows remained furrowed, as if deep in thought.

Spotting him emerge, she quickly said, “Your Highness, in a moment, you need to hurry into the Cruising Secondary Vessel. They haven’t given up—they’ll be even more convinced you’re still here.”

Xie Jianxun took a deep breath and steadied himself. “What do I do next?”

Holianna explained, “They won’t dare search forcibly inside Lihou Port—that’s illegal. But once we’re in space, they’re lawless star pirates. The Siphon Whale will probably force a connection to this ship, and then we’re all sitting ducks.”

Xie Jianxun: “…”

Holianna concluded firmly, “So, when we exit the planet’s atmosphere, I’ll send you and the Secondary Ship off in time. Your Highness just needs to initiate the jump.”

Xie Jianxun looked at her, his mind turning to another concern. “What about you?”

He would escape, but Holianna might end up exposed to the star pirates’ sight, captured by the Siphon Whale…

He didn’t mind his own fate, but what would they do to her?!

“They won’t do anything to me—I’m a major client of the Siphon Whale too. Until they find direct evidence of Your Highness on my ship, I’m safe.”

The young lady lifted her chin slightly, everything under control. “It’s just… Your Highness leaving alone for an unfamiliar planet… I’m still a bit worried.”

Xie Jianxun comforted her in return. “As long as I can use the Light Brain to pay normally there, everything will be fine.”

As he spoke, the engines roared.

The spaceship broke through the outer atmosphere and entered space proper. Xie Jianxun hurriedly followed her instructions, entering the Cruising Secondary Vessel and learning the basic jump procedures.

Holianna stressed, “You don’t need to touch anything—just complete the jump. I’ve set the rest to automatic control. It’ll land on its own, and I’ve included asylum application files in the program… Your Highness, remember: don’t touch anything.”

Holianna said, “It’s not that I don’t trust Your Highness. I’m just afraid you haven’t had specific spaceship piloting training and might end up on the wrong planet.”

Xie Jianxun insisted, “I promise! I won’t touch anything!”

Even if he was about to crash into someone, he definitely wouldn’t move!
