A Love That Kills

“Caught by my resentful dead husband while I was dating my nonhuman boyfriend.”

A gorgeous, long-haired, brooding ghostly top + a short-tempered, guileless monster top × a gloomy, deranged, untouchable bottom

◆

Shi Yanchi loved no one—not even his dead husband.

Tu Lin loved everyone—except his living partner.

—

The snake Shi Yanchi found at his husband’s funeral turned into a half-human, half-serpent monster. It had the same beautiful face as his dead husband, but unlike the real Tu Lin, it was obedient and eager to please.

Delighted, Shi Yanchi fell in love with the monster. He savored its inhumanly cold skin and kissed its forked tongue.

After a night together, he put on a respectable shirt to cover the marks of their affair. But the instant he stepped out the door, a message arrived from an unknown number:

[Wife, who’s that monster in our marital bed?]
